What services do you offer?
We offer photography, video production, web design, podcast editing, and digital resources like e-books and templates.

How much do your services cost?
Our pricing is flexible and affordable. We offer custom quotes based on your needs and budget.
Can I request a custom package based on my needs?
Absolutely! We’re happy to create a package that fits your specific goals and requirements.
What are the Service Payment terms?
If the service amount is below £1,000 , the payment is required in full a month before any work is commenced. (If the service is booked within a month of the work date, full payment is required straight away to book the service).
If the service amount is over £1,000, a 50% non-refundable payment is required to book the service and the remaining 50% is required when the work is complete and then the work product will be released to the client.
If the business has a requisition payment system, we can work out a different set of payment terms.
Do you provide refunds on services?
At Alexander Media Creative, our goal is to deliver high-quality products and services that meet our clients’ needs and leave them fully satisfied. We begin each project with a planning meeting to understand your goals, gather inspiration, and agree on clear deliverables. This helps ensure we stay aligned with your vision from start to finish.
Because we dedicate time and effort to meeting your expectations, we do not offer refunds once work is completed. However, we’re happy to make reasonable amendments, provided they fall within the original scope of the agreed deliverables.
A full refund will only be issued if, for any reason, we are unable to carry out the agreed services.
What is your process for starting a new project?
We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, then create a clear plan and timeline before getting to work.
How long does it take to complete a project?
Absolutely. Timeframes vary by project, but we always aim to deliver high-quality work on time. We’ll discuss timelines at the start.
Do you offer photography and video services outside of the West Midlands?
Yes, we’re open to travel depending on the project—get in touch to discuss details.
